Kitchen Design & Service
We work closely with you to design your kitchen around your needs. We complete an initial desktop survey. Clients very often send us architect plans, photos, sketches, layout plans etc.
We regularly video call our clients, enjoy receiving magazine/website ideas and learn much about how you will use your kitchen.
We appreciate ideas develop over time, being a small family business we are able to react quickly and efficiently.

Enquiries
We are asked regularly when is the best time to enquire, our answer is as soon as possible. We are usually booked up for as much of 3 to 4 months, occasionally more. Each bespoke kitchen is made to order and has a manufacturing schedule of 4 to 6 weeks, depending on size and detail.
The best time to get in touch is as soon as you start to talk to Architects and Builders, we regularly receive enquiries that are ready for a kitchen in the next few weeks which unfortunately we cannot fulfil.
Managing client expectations is very important to us, so it is never too early to enquire.
Express Enquiries
For those that are short of time…Our express kitchen design service provides an extra scheduled option, giving peace of mind without the sacrifice of quality. (Timing to be individually discussed and planned, extra charges will apply)
Site Survey...
Once we have developed a working relationship with our clients and they are happy with our quotation we will complete a full site survey.
This includes assessment of existing services, full measurement, sketches, discussions about kitchen design and practicality, an opportunity to handle our samples and get to know us in person. This is provided free of charge within mainland UK once your order is confirmed. (In the unlikely event of not proceeding to order, reasonable charges will apply).
Once you have agreed to our services we will provide the following bespoke kitchen design package:
- Final Revised Quotation
- Order Confirmation
- Layout Drawing
- Elevation Drawings
- Timescale
