Returns Policy

Handmade Cabinets
All of our cabinets and wooden accessories are made to order, so we are unable to provide a refund unless they are damaged or not as specified in the order.
All goods must be inspected for damage at time of delivery. Whenever possible goods must not be accepted if found to be damaged or contact us immediately to discuss a solution.
Damaged goods can be returned unused and where possible in the original packaging and in ‘new’ condition via the removals delivery team on the delivery day.
We are a family business so are passionate about our products and services, so therefore do our utmost to help you if there is a problem, please talk to us as soon as possible, to enable us to provide appropriate support.

Accessories
Our high quality accessories are sourced from all around the world. We are a family business so are passionate about our products and services, so therefore do our utmost to check third party products.
With regards to unwanted accessory items you have 7 days to return, the postage cost will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for return postage, once the item has been received a refund will then be issued minus delivery cost and reasonable administration charge.
We recommend that you retain all packaging until you are sure that you intend to keep the goods. If the original packaging is not available you should use packaging that would provide similar protection.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Not with standing the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 3 days of order for handmade items & accessories or within 3 days of delivery for third party accessories for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
