Manufacture

We manufacture the cabinets and wooden accessories in our and partners industrial workshops from raw materials.

We are a family business so each person is passionate and invested in each and every process, product and order.

Although we have an online shop we appreciate creating your dream kitchen order will probably involve a few phonecalls or messages/emails to us. 

For ONLINE orders we aim to have your order completed in 10 to 12 weeks, then please allow a further 7 to 10 days for delivery in Europe and 5 to 7 days in the UK.

We will of course keep you updated with progress.

Delivery

Our handmade hardwood kitchen furniture is a 'work of art' as one of our client's said, so it deserves only the best handling. Each piece of furniture is handpacked using corner protectors, foam and shrink wrap. We then use two man removals delivery.

In the UK we use Lakeland Logistics.

In Europe (mainly France & Spain) we use 2 family businesses that offer a door to door 2 man removals service, meaning your order doesn't go into warehouses and move vehicles. Other EU Countries we do our best to provide door to door 2 man removals service but services available in your Country may vary. 

They are all experienced furniture removers and take much care with our products.

We do our best to avoid pallet delivery, although this is cost effective if you are purchasing your kitchen in self build form.

In Europe – Export & Import

We will use in the future the EAS www.easproject.com platform as part of our online shop to easily manage the export/import process. Each order is delivered to your door, hassle free, no stress with purchasing from the UK. We are the exporter and the logistics provider is the importer. Currently we manage the process manually, having had many years experience. 

We collect the relevant taxes from the Country you are in e.g TVA in France, the logistics provider then collects the taxes direct from us and pays the Customs Duty 2.7% on handmade hardwood kitchen furniture & the VAT.  

Each delivery cost in Europe includes £495 + VAT for the Customs paperwork completed by the Customs Agent.
